Housing Oregon will be conducting two orientation sessions on the continuum of housing needs from homelessness to homeownership.  Housing affordability and homelessness is a crisis in our community and of grave concern to the citizens of Portland.  Experts in the field of service coordinate, unit production, policy and funding will be presenting information to candidates running for the newly reformed City Council positions and Mayor.
