Inside the Mission: Meeting People Where They Are

People experiencing homelessness are constantly on the move. This can make traditional location-based service delivery challenging. At CCC, we’re evolving our model to meet people in more diverse settings and locations. Our care system needs to support both traditional (“bricks and mortar”) and non-traditional shelter and service pathways. Learn how we’re piloting a Mobile Health program and expanding our community outreach to creatively address Portland’s homelessness crisis.
