Thank you for registering for the City of Portland Meet and Greet Fair! Our goal with this event is for future City of Portland electeds to learn about the important work of community organizations in Portland and to begin building meaningful relationships along the way. This event will center BIPOC voices and experiences, and all candidates are welcome to join. Please submit your RSVP by Thursday, August 1st.

The City of Portland Meet and Greet Fair will take place in downtown Portland. The exact location will be shared with you via email and calendar invite in the days leading up to the event. We will send further building accessibility, parking, and transportation information via email and calendar invite.

Event format and accessibility: This event will be facilitated in English and will include a meet and greet and presentations with community-based organizations. The meet and greet will include moving short distances and the presentations will have seating available. Seating in our space is primarily cushioned, rolling chairs with arm rests. If you need chairs without armrests, please let us know. Our meeting space is fragrance-free. Please refrain from smoking and wearing fragrances before entering. Our meeting space has two accessible entrances with ADA door openers and an elevator. Masks are optional in our meeting space. We ask that all meeting attendees stay home and rest if they have recently tested positive for or been exposed to COVID-19.
